SHIPPING (MAINLAND UK):

All products in this shop have been marked as 'Free Shipping', but please note that this apples to mainland UK postal addresses ONLY. Customers MUST contact us prior to placing an order if they reside in any other location.

Shipping cost are never free, of course. Packing materials and courier costs do add up. However, because the majority of our customers reside in the mainland of the United Kingdom, covering those costs in the price of all products worked out cheaper overall for each individual customer.

Basically, this means that if I can get your item(s) to you without paying more than I would to get it to London or Glasgow, I do not charge for postage and will absorb that cost myself.

We do try to re-use packing materials where possible, as long as they are clean, and this, too, helps to keep our prices competitive. We do pack all items well so under normal circumstances, providing that the package isn't mishandled by the courier(s), it will arrive intact.

SHIPPING (REMOTE AREAS OF THE UK):

Where postage costs are charged at a higher rate by the postal/courier services, we cannot cover this cost, so an additional fee will be charged. Whatever those companies charge above what they charge to deliver to London or Glasgow is exactly what we charge you.

If you reside in one of those remote locations where you know postage costs to be higher then you MUST contact us prior to placing your order.

SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES

We have shipped to other countries but breakable items have been reported to have arrived broken, or not at all, which to a fledgling company such as hours, is a costly problem. So unfortunately, until be are big enough to manage such losses, we cannot ship fragile items abroad.

Currently, we are looking into a shipping method for overseas parcels that is economical enough that our customers are happy to cover those costs, without compromising on the quality of service. We always pack products well, but when it arrives broken, one would think that the courier launched it into the customer's garden with a Trebuchet!

If you are in another country, however, and a similar product isn't available locally, please do feel free to contact us for a P&P quotation. As long as the delivery service is insured against damage or loss, and you are happy to pay those costs, we will gladly work with you.

RETURNS: PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

In the highly unlikely event that a product reaches you in a damaged or otherwise faulty condition, we will happily replace the product. That is your legal right and we will honour it without question.

However, because these products are personalised and cannot ever be resold, we do not offer a refund simply because you change your mind. We always send an image or product mock-up animation via email prior to starting the printing process and we give you the opportunity at that stage to request a refund or make any changes that you require.

After you have approved an image we have sent via email and we process your order, we will not then offer a refund for any reason unless a product is faulty when it arrives at your address.

If you do need to return an item because it is faulty, we require photographic evidence showing the damage to the product and its packaging. Upon approval of your claim, a return label will be provided for you to print and return the faulty product and its packaging.

When the faulty product reaches us, we will then either replace it to your satisfaction, or issue a full refund.

Because we pack everything to a very high standard to ensure safe delivery of our products, returns are exceptionally rare, so please shop with confidence.
